QYoung & Prolific, hosted by Prolific Bea, is a bold and necessary conversation space on Omega TV UK. At its core, the show is dedicated to breaking down social and cultural protocols between first- and second-generation members of the Black community — creating understanding where there is often silence, tension, or misunderstanding.

Through open, respectful, and thought-provoking dialogue, Young & Prolific explores identity, tradition, ambition, faith, family expectations, creativity, and modern realities. The programme recognises the gap that can exist between generations and works to bridge it through storytelling, lived experience, and honest reflection.

Hosted by Prolific Bea, each episode brings together voices from different backgrounds — creatives, leaders, entrepreneurs, and community figures — to unpack the unspoken rules, pressures, and values that shape Black experiences across generations. These conversations do not seek to erase tradition, but to reinterpret it in ways that empower growth, healing, and mutual respect.

Young & Prolific is not just about being heard — it’s about being understood. By challenging assumptions and encouraging empathy, the show fosters dialogue that strengthens families, communities, and cultural continuity.

Broadcast on Omega TV UK, Young & Prolific stands as a platform for education, connection, and progress — where culture meets conversation, and generations move forward together.
