Isaiah Rashad joins Jorja Smith to headline Rocking the Daisies 2026
American rapper Isaiah Rashad has been announced as a headline act for Rocking the Daisies 2026, marking his first-ever performance in South Africa. He will share top billing with British singer-songwriter Jorja Smith, who was previously confirmed as part of the festival lineup.
The announcement has boosted anticipation for one of South Africa’s biggest annual music festivals, which continues to attract major international and local talent.
Rashad, known for his reflective lyricism and smooth Southern hip-hop style, rose to prominence with acclaimed projects such as Cilvia Demo, The Sun’s Tirade, and The House Is Burning. Signed to Top Dawg Entertainment, he has built a global following for his deeply personal storytelling.
His appearance at Rocking the Daisies will mark both his African and South African festival debut, adding further global appeal to the 2026 edition.
Jorja Smith, known for her blend of R&B, soul and UK garage influences, will also make her debut at the festival, bringing two major international acts to the same stage.
This year’s festival will take place from 2–4 October at Cloof Wine Estate under the theme “Welcome to the Garden”. Organisers say more artists will be announced in the coming weeks as excitement builds toward another expected sell-out event.
