Known for blending jazz, R&B, hip-hop and soul into his signature “TrapHouseJazz” sound, Masego has built a global fan base with chart-topping hits including Tadow, Mystery Lady and Queen Tings.

The highly anticipated performance will take place at the Fourways Farmers Market in Modderfontein Reserve on Sunday, with music fans expected to gather for an afternoon of live entertainment.

Comedy enthusiasts can look forward to a new show from Schalk Bezuidenhout, who brings his latest stand-up special, “Hey Hey Divorcé,” to Johannesburg this weekend.

The show offers a humorous and honest look at life following his public divorce from Mica McKechnie, exploring the challenges of dating, relationships and starting over in your 30s. Blending personal experiences with his trademark wit, Bezuidenhout promises an evening filled with laughter and relatable storytelling.

Performances will be held at The Capital in Sandton from Friday through Sunday, with showtimes varying throughout the weekend.

Classical music fans will also have the opportunity to enjoy an international performance as the Washington DC Youth Orchestra takes to the stage at the Wits Linder Auditorium in Parktown.

The orchestra’s programme will feature works by celebrated composers including Samuel Coleridge-Taylor, Raffie McEachin and Kalman Levitin, highlighting the ensemble’s commitment to cultural exchange through music. The concert is scheduled for Sunday afternoon.

Meanwhile, South African music icon Lira returns to the stage with an intimate live performance at the Silverstar Centre in Muldersdrift.

Fans can expect to hear some of her biggest hits, including Feel Good and Hamba, as the award-winning singer delivers an evening of soulful music. Joining her on the lineup is fellow Afro-soul star Zamajobe, best known for songs such as Ndawo Yami, adding even more star power to the event.
