Africa Week UK 2026 comes to a close with an Investment Roundtable focusing on the Ghanaian Accra Marine Drive Tourism Investment Project.
This roundtable is part of the Africa Week UK 2026 initiative to promote investment opportunities in Africa. A key aspect of the programme will be showcasing the Accra Marine Drive Tourism Investment Project.
This will bring attention to investment opportunities available within the tourism industry of Ghana. There will be a special presentation looking at Remit2Invest in partnership with the Bank of Ghana.
This presentation will look at how to invest some of the money sent from the diaspora. Diaspora remittances are a key part of bringing money into African countries and putting systems in place to invest some of this money can offer new opportunities for businesses.
The Remit2Invest presentation will help with discussions around investing the diasporas money. This roundtable aligns with the overall aim of Africa Week UK 2026 to strengthen the economic ties between Africa and the UK. It will also help attract investment and show how we can practically invest in Africa.
By discussing both investment in tourism and investing through the diaspora it will help bring attention to new ways to invest in Africa. The discussions will allow us to look at how working together with government, financial institutions, investors and the diaspora can help to create sustainable economic development.
Omega TV UK are covering Africa Week UK 2026 to bring Africa and the international community closer to these discussions and investment opportunities.
