Reflecting on His Journey with Shatta Movement
Speaking on his platform, Sammy Flex TV, on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, Sammy shared insights into the transition. He emphasized that his background in journalism and public relations made the PR role a natural fit. “When I was given the managerial position, I couldn’t sit down and allow that aspect to be empty. I had to combine forces like Captain Planet,” he humorously remarked.

Sammy Flex noted that while his initial focus was on stabilizing the team and managing Shatta Wale’s public image, the scope of the job demands more hands. “It is now time to bring in other energies so that I can even do more here,” he explained, acknowledging that managing the brand alone is nearly impossible.
He added, “One thing I believe is that the Shatta Movement job is not a one-person job. Those who are closer to it understand these people have been there playing different roles but now they have been given specific roles to play to make sure the team runs.”
