Sean “Diddy” Combs’ Ex-Girlfriend Pushes for Bail Ahead of Sentencing
Virginia “Gina” Huynh, a former girlfriend of Sean “Diddy” Combs and previously known as “Victim-3” in his trial, has written a letter to the judge advocating for Combs’ release on bail before his October sentencing. Combs was convicted of two charges of transportation to engage in prostitution but acquitted of more serious charges, including racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking.

In her letter, Huynh describes Combs as a committed family man who has not been violent in many years, contradicting some testimony presented during the trial. She emphasizes that she doesn’t view Combs as a danger to herself or the community, highlighting his role as a father and his efforts to acknowledge past mistakes.
However, the judge denied Combs’ latest request for bail, citing his history of violence in relationships. Other witnesses, including ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, have expressed concerns about their safety if Combs is released before sentencing.
Combs’ defense team is seeking his release on a $50 million bond, arguing he’s not a danger or flight risk. They’ve also filed a motion for acquittal or a new trial, claiming unfair prosecution under the Mann Act. The sentencing is scheduled for October 3.
