MC Grammar, a well-known educator and author, just broke a Guinness World Record by holding the biggest rap lesson ever. Over 850 kids from schools in London took part in it.
On Monday, the New Wimbledon Theatre in south-west London hosted an event where 859 pupils from 18 schools joined a lively 30-minute session all about rap, rhythm, and rhyme.MC Grammar said the whole experience was something he would never forget as they celebrated the milestone.He said, “We put together the biggest rap lesson ever, and it turned out to be pretty amazing.”
That was a huge moment for a lot of kids, and I hope it’s something they’ll remember for years to come.Craig Glenday, who is the editor-in-chief and official adjudicator at Guinness World Records, said the initiative was inspiring and uplifting.He said the accomplishment shows just how strong the effect of music, education, and community involvement can be when they come together on a large scale.
