Afrobeat artist Seun Kuti has created an online buzz with his claim that no person can possibly use one billion dollars throughout their lifetime, irrespective of their lavish lifestyle and expensive spending habits.
While making an appearance in a recent debate regarding the topics of wealth and consumerism, the singer claimed that human brains are not capable of fully comprehending the concept of billionaires.
As per him, individuals find it difficult to fathom the gap between a million and a billion since these figures are so huge.
“You can’t even finish one Billion dollars in your lifetime. I go out shopping and they say this cost 13 Billion naira, 12 Billion naira,” Seun Kuti mentioned.
“The human brain is not able to do calculations involving big figures. If you have one Million dollars, then you can spend them within 11 days. But if you have one Billion dollars, then it would take 11,000 days for you to exhaust them,” he furthered.
