Olamide Ditches Amala: Nigerian Rapper Reveals New Diet Faves
Nigerian rapper Olamide has made a surprising change to his diet, ditching traditional meals like Amala for lighter options.
In a recent interview, Olamide shared that he now prefers veggies, particularly broccoli, as well as sea bass, lamb chops, and caviar. He admitted that he isn’t much of a food lover, but broccoli is an exception.

The YBNL boss explained that he stopped eating Amala and other heavy local meals because they left him feeling overly full and sluggish, preferring meals that are lighter on the stomach.
“I eat veggies. But I can kill for broccoli. I love broccoli, sea bass fish, lamb chops, and even caviar. Those are light meals. I don’t eat Amala, it makes me full,” he said.
