Argentine Winger Set for Villa Move With Permanent Transfer Clause Included
Aston Villa have completed the signing of Chelsea winger Alejandro Garnacho on a season-long loan deal until the end of the 2026-27 campaign.
The 22-year-old’s move could become permanent next summer if certain conditions are met, with Chelsea confirming that Garnacho has already agreed a four-year contract with Villa.
The clubs have not revealed the exact details of the obligation-to-buy clause, but reports suggest it could be activated if Garnacho reaches specific performance targets, including a required number of appearances.

Garnacho becomes Villa’s fourth summer signing following the arrivals of Johan Manzambi, Joao Gomes and Modou Keba Cisse.
