Joining Cyrus were co-stars Jason Earles, Shanica Knowles, Anna Maria Perez de Tagle, Cody Linley, and Moisés Arias. Emily Osment, who played Miley’s best friend Lilly, was absent due to other filming commitments.
Cyrus wowed in a sparkling metallic dress layered over a graphic Hannah Montana tee, complete with the iconic blonde wig that made her character so beloved. Accompanying her were fiancé Maxx Morando, her mother Tish Cyrus, and sister Brandi Cyrus.
Other celebrities in attendance included Jaden Smith, Willow Smith, Dominic Purcell, JoJo Siwa, Avery Cyrus, and host Alex Cooper.
The special promises a trip down memory lane with iconic songs from the show, unseen archival footage, and appearances from Cyrus’ parents, Billy Ray Cyrus and Tish Cyrus. Filmed in front of a live audience, it will premiere on March 24 and stream on Disney+ and Hulu.
