Zelensky

Volodymyr Zelensky has called for increased international pressure on Russia as the key to ending the ongoing war with Ukraine.

In an exclusive interview with Le Monde on March 23, Zelensky stressed that a swift resolution to the conflict would not come from pressuring Ukraine, but rather from intensifying actions against Russia.

He warned that growing global focus on conflicts in the Middle East risks diverting attention away from Ukraine’s war effort. Despite this, Zelensky urged the United States and allied nations to remain committed in their political, financial, and military support.

The war, which began in 2022, continues to have major global implications, with Ukraine relying heavily on international backing to sustain its defense.
