The first song Mai songs is a choral performance followed by songs that transition through the use of orchestral instruments, electronic sounds and by driving power. The album again includes artwork by Iraqi-Dutch designer Arthar Jabar and composes an abstract marble sculpture based on Asake.
This piece reflects both Asake‘S connections to his physical being and his increasing impact on the culture around him. Across M$NEY, Asake conveys gratitude, accountability and growth through several songs. Gratitude conveys the ability to persist despite gymnastics scrutiny in public, but Forgiveness emphasizes acknowledgement and individual responsibility through layering and genre blending within instrumentals.
A number of singles from M$NEY were released as part of the album’s promotional campaign in 2025; among them were “Why Love“, “Badman Gangsta“, featuring Tiakola and “Worship“ featuring DJ Snake. All these collaborations are examples of Asake’s growth internationally and include different genres of music in addition to reworking of different musical samples.
The complete list of songs are “Intro“, “Worship“, “Gratitude“, “Rora“, “Amen“, “Wa“, “MCBH“, “Why Love“, “Forgiveness“, “Oba“, “Badman Gangsta“, “Asambe“, featuring Kabza De Small and “Skilful“. Asake has quickly become one of the biggest acts to emerge from Nigeria and beyond over the past three years.
