Elton John, Burna Boy, Charli xcx and Troye Sivan are among the artists lined up to perform during the opening season of Apple Music Hall in London.
The venue, which holds 600 people is located at Battersea Power Station. Will open on September 28 with a show by Elton John. Tickets will go on sale that morning at 9 a.m. UK time.
Other acts scheduled to play before the end of 2026 include Baby Keem, Skye Newman, Arlo Parks and Chase & Status. Elton John’s show will be his public performance in the UK in over three years. He wrapped up his Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour at Glastonbury Festival in June 2023.
Since then he’s done a few shows most recently performing at Brazil’s Rock in Rio festival on September 7. He also played at Battersea Power Station before. In 2014. During a concert to celebrate the site’s redevelopment.
Apple Music Hall comes with a 48-speaker audio system and a 38-foot-wide stage that can be customized for each show. The venue also has two recording and mix studios.
There’s a broadcast control room that can handle 16 or more cameras so artists can film content during their performances. Apple has teamed up with UK promoter Communion ONE to handle bookings and promotion, for the venue.
