The couple beat fellow finalists Carl Schmidt and Aniya Harvey, who finished in second place, while Sincere Rhea and Melanie Moreno came third and Zach Georgiou with Kayda Bosse finished fourth.

Following their victory, both Bryce and Trinity admitted they were shocked to hear their names announced as winners.

“I didn’t think it was going to be us. Honestly, I was expecting other people,” Trinity said after the finale. Bryce added that he was “super shocked” by the result.

The pair have already begun planning their future outside the villa, revealing that they are looking forward to going surfing together in Los Angeles.

Throughout the competition, Bryce and Trinity built one of the strongest relationships in the villa. Unlike many contestants whose romances were tested by bombshell arrivals and the infamous Casa Amor twist, the pair remained committed to each other from the beginning.

Their emotional declarations of love in the final episodes won over viewers, with many fans praising their genuine connection and steady relationship.

The winning moment saw the couple celebrate with tears, hugs and fireworks after host Ariana Madix announced their victory.

“Love Island USA” continues to enjoy growing popularity around the world, including in South Africa, where fans closely follow the show’s dramatic twists through social media.

Fans also have more to look forward to, as Peacock has confirmed a Season 8 reunion special scheduled for August 31. The special will see the Islanders reunite to discuss whether their relationships have survived life outside the villa.

The reunion will be co-hosted by Ariana Madix and television personality Andy Cohen.

For now, Bryce and Trinity leave the villa as America’s newest reality TV sweethearts and winners of nearly R2 million, hoping their love story continues long after the cameras stop rolling.
