Davido teams up with SA producers for high-energy new track ‘I Know Who I Be’
Afrobeats superstar Davido has released a new single titled “I Know Who I Be”, marking what he describes as the beginning of a new creative era.
The track arrives shortly after his headline performance at the 2026 FIFA World Cup Countdown Concert at the Crypto.com Arena and follows a record-breaking run that included his 5IVE ALIVE TOUR, which spanned multiple countries across several continents.
On the new release, Davido collaborates with South African producers JAZZWRLD and GL_CeeJay, known for their work in the rising 3-step sound. The production blends energetic basslines with bold, anthemic lyrics centred on identity, roots and personal legacy.
