The 42-year-old producer, who has long remained unmarried, has often faced public curiosity about his private life. In recent comments, he suggested that his approach to relationships is unconventional, admitting he does not see himself being committed to only one partner.

“I don’t believe I am strong enough to be with only one person,” he said, adding that he prefers honesty over exclusivity in relationships.

Following the remarks, Don Jazzy lightheartedly responded to a social media post describing him as an “African treasure,” saying he sometimes feels connected to different African countries, including Ghana, South Africa, and Uganda. He even joked that he might consider finding a wife in East Africa, mentioning Uganda and Tanzania.

Beyond the relationship discussions, Don Jazzy also reflected on his creative process and early music production days under Mo’ Hits Records, the label he co-founded with D’banj.

Responding to a fan’s curiosity about classic hits like “Critical” by Ikechukwu, he explained that his early work was driven by passion, experimentation, and what he described as “pure hunger” for sound innovation.

He noted that his production style in the early 2000s often involved experimenting heavily with drum patterns and sonic textures, shaping some of the era’s defining Afrobeats records.
